Integration with MES and CMMS

Integration with MES
Inbound interface (from ERP to MES):
- 项目（项目代码、类型、组、单位、属性）
- 路线规划（操作代码、操作名称、设备代码、默认速度）
- 物料清单（BOM）（物料清单项目、工序代码、部件代码、单位、数量、换算数量）
- 包含工序的生产订单（订单号、物料代码、物料的版本与修订号、截止日期、工序号、设备代码、计划开始日期和时间、预计结束日期和时间、数量、单位）
- 缺陷词典（缺陷代码、缺陷名称）
- 故障字典（故障代码、故障名称）
Outbound interface (from MES to ERP):
- 生产报告（生产订单号、工序代码、设备代码、物料代码、合格数量、不合格数量、缺陷原因、操作员ID、开始时间戳、结束时间戳）
- 一般要求——ERP 中的每项数据变更都必须在接口中记录，并附上时间戳
Integration with CMMS
Inbound interface (from CMMS to the MES):
- 在CMMS系统中完成整个流程后，通过CMMS关闭工单会触发向MES系统发送关于维护工作已完成的通知。从那一刻起，操作员即可在MES系统上启动生产订单。
- 维护工作结束（设备代码、状态）
Outbound interface (from MES to CMMS):
- MES向CMMS发送了故障已开始的信息——该信息由Accevo操作面板报告。后续流程将在CMMS系统中处理。
- 故障报告（故障开始日期和时间、故障结束日期和时间、故障原因、操作员备注、技术人员备注、设备代码、状态）
