A Shop Floor WMS (Warehouse Management System) is specialized software for efficient warehouse and inventory management. The IT system allows you to collect data, check the correctness of processes, supervise their efficiency, instantly detect irregularities, as well as track products and identify events in real time.

The warehouse management system allows inventory monitoring. Location records provide instant information on the amount of available space in storage areas. The WMS collects data on logistics containers – the user is able to see what products are assigned to a particular container, and can add or remove container contents or parts of them. It is also possible to carry out relocations of products and entire containers. Each relocation is registered. This means that despite numerous relocations, the current location and path of products and containers is always known.
The program guides employees during the execution of subsequent processes, making work much easier and faster. The intuitive interface includes clear instructions and graphics displayed on device screens.

The software collects data on operations assigned to the ID of a specific user. This provides information on current activities and tasks completed so far. The collected data makes it possible to carry out an objective evaluation of employees based on precise data about their performance during the accounted period.

During unloading, the warehouse management system collects information about the delivered goods – their type, quantity and compliance with the order. A shortage or excess is immediately registered. The collected data is used to optimize the order picking process and set a path so that products can leave the warehouse as quickly as possible. ¿Cuáles son las funciones de Accevo WMS?
Estructura del sistema de almacén
El sistema te permite definir tu propia estructura de almacén con sus distintos niveles: estanterías, ubicaciones y posiciones. Se pueden configurar propiedades personalizadas para los tipos de almacén y sus niveles con el fin de adaptarlos a los procesos empresariales. También dispone de una configuración para gestionar el flujo de productos entre almacenes.
Proceso de recepción de mercancías
Al recibir mercancías en el almacén procedentes de un proveedor externo, el sistema registra todas las entradas, imprime automáticamente una etiqueta para cada lote y procede a transferir las mercancías al almacén y a su ubicación. El sistema supervisa el progreso y la finalización del pedido (PO).
Buffors
Controla dónde se almacenan los productos, el inventario actual y una vista general de todos los almacenes. Información sobre la ocupación de cada nivel, el contenido de los contenedores o el número de serie de las mercancías.
Movimientos de almacén
Modificar la ubicación de un contenedor escaneado o de un producto serializado. El usuario puede dividir el movimiento, trasladando solo una parte de las mercancías a la ubicación escaneada. El sistema permite al usuario trasladar mercancías únicamente a otras ubicaciones, de acuerdo con el flujo de almacén establecido. El usuario puede realizar varios movimientos durante una misma transacción.
Envíos internos y externos
Un mecanismo automático entre el MES (en producción) y el WMS. Las solicitudes de suministro de material se crean y gestionan en el almacén según una lista preparada. Los materiales se recogen de las ubicaciones sugeridas. Se supervisa el progreso en todo momento.
Dispositivos móviles
El sistema funciona en dispositivos móviles, lo que te permite acceder a los datos en tiempo real escaneando cualquier ubicación, contenedor o producto (número de serie). Puedes utilizar un dispositivo móvil para realizar procesos como la recepción de mercancías, los envíos internos y externos de mercancías o los movimientos de almacén.
Impresión de etiquetas
El usuario puede gestionar y crear nuevas etiquetas en el sistema. El usuario puede personalizar las etiquetas asignándolas a artículos concretos o a clientes. Las etiquetas pueden configurarse para que se impriman automáticamente, por ejemplo, durante la recepción o el envío.
Contenedores
Gestionar contenedores según su ubicación y estado. El usuario puede ver el contenido de un contenedor y cambiar su estado, trasladar productos a otros contenedores o retirar productos de un contenedor. Compatibilidad con el proceso de reempaquetado de contenedores.
